FAQ

What time should I set my garbage out?

Garbage should be placed at the curb by 5:30 AM on your collection day.

Is there anything that can't go in my garbage?

Yes. Tires, appliances, yard waste, hazardous materials, wet paint, syringes and construction or demolition debris are not allowed to go in your garbage. Most of these items can be picked separately for additional fees. Please contact our office for pricing.

What if I have extra garbage?

Please call our office to schedule extra trash (furniture, bedding, etc.). Items not in your provided cart are subject to extra charges.

How do I keep my cart clean and odor free?

Bagging your trash greatly reduces odors and helps control litter. Keep the lid closed on your cart to keep animals out. An occasional wash with soap and water or a diluted bleach solution will help keep your cart clean and smelling fresh.

What if my garbage was missed?

If your garbage is missed, please call our office within 24 hours. We reserve the right to charge a “go back” fee for call ins after 24 hours.
